You would have loved TV news tonight in Tupelo. The SCV had a birthday bash for a Real Daughter in Booneville, Ms, and the WTVA led with that story. The Black and White newscasters were animated and positive about the story and it had interviews with the SCV Camp Commander about preserving the heritage of the South and honoring the Sons and Daughters of those Confederate heroes. The newscasters nodded approvingly....then the news moved to the MLK Birthday Bash celebrations....You'd had to have seen it...it was rich..
