Well, actually, since Natalie had a baby in 1999 and is at least 9 months younger than Louise, she was probably 19 or younger when she gave birth.
OK I did some research. Natalie is NOW 23. Meaning she was probably born in 1983 or very early 1984. She gave birth in 1999. Which means she was either 15 or 16. So there's your answer.
