As much as I dislike Dick Morris, he is quite perceptive on this one.
Dick Morris is a great at political insights, but his record as a predictor of results is dismal.
Yet you oppose those with a chance to beat her.
How much do you want to bet that Morris is wrong?
Do the Repubicans have any major leaguers? If so, who are they?
I think Morris is right about the split between the social conservatives and the economic conservatives. Each camp will rally around one candidate. I think that Guliani and Huckabee will be the last two standing. If Guliani gets the nomination, he beats Hillary. If Huckabee gets the nomination, the race is a toss-up. Morris conveniently forgets the Hillary brings huge negatives to the table that makes her anything but an irresistable force.
The surest way to elect Hillary is for the Republicans to rip each other to shreads.

Morris is good at after-action analysis but he is one of the world's worst prognosticators.

Actually, I'm not so sure. Morris is a foolish guy and I don't think that he's necessarily right about this. I don't know if Obama will win the Dem nod, but I think he sure could. But win the general? I don't think he could.
If conservative vote third party, they will give us Hillary - just as Ross Perot gave us Clinton. It would be a terrible, terrible mistake.
I agree with Dick, but I think anyone can see this a mile away.
