The reason I ask is that I was talking this week to a retired administrator for Duke who is still pretty much in touch with the administration (and is embarassed as heck about this whole thing - he went so far as to telephone Duke and tell them to SHUT UP when this whole thing began) . . . HE told me that enrollment and admissions were actually UP this year.
Does anybody have any hard numbers?

Apparently 2nd only to last year's record - but that still means apps were down.
Remember the immortal words of Miracle Max - "Mostly dead is slightly alive". ;>)
