Well, it will take a least four years to find out but you can figure the case will still be dragging thru civil court then and still on the radar.

But seriously: True, we won't know for years the ultimate quality of the class of 2011. In fact, that will take a lifetime to fully determine; however, Duke WILL publish statistics -- and presumably, a synopsis -- once the class matriculates.
