Loya's account of what the doc said is contradictory. Fiirst he was not shot from behind, then he was. I doubt very much he said that at trial. The cuts appear to be selective and spiced with imagination.

The only three individuals that were there at the actual time this all happened was the drug dealer and the two agents...Other agents and the supervisor arrived later....
