To: PSYCHO-FREEP

There was an article on here where some on the jury would not vote them guilty. Another juror told them the judge would not accept a hung jury. That is what made them change their vote.

And that certainly needs to be examined on appeal... Those involved need to be put under oath in the court room and describe what they were told, by whom, etc and let the facts be determined. Let the Appellate process begin and do it's work.
