A game of intramural missile "chicken" sounds like fun.
I hope all they do is to polish the cannon balls, I seriously doubt they can do any precise targeting and all their practice rounds will just make it worse when they do use them. There may just be a bit of copycat like when NOKOR fired off their missiles like a premature ejaculation and then became the laughingstock of third world countries.
