What "in the future"? The Islamic radicals are in power in Iraq now. They are killing the Christians now. And this is the Iraqi Government which George W. Bush supports... with American blood and treasure.

My point is that whether Muslims are killing Christians now by gang or sectarian warfare , that I believe that if a Govt is established, the Christians will continued to be killed by Muslim Govt sponsorship of looking the other way.

The Christians in Iraq have been there for centuries. They are obviously not going to convert to Islam. That leaves the Muslims two choices. Dhimmitude for the Christians, where the Infidels pay protection money to stay alive, and have to live like second class citizens, under Muslim domination.
Or killing the obstinate non-believers in Allah. Centuries of thumbing your nose at Allah is sufficient reason for the Iraqi Christians to get killed.

The reason that the Christians might be getting killed now, is a bird in the hand is better than 2 in the Bush. In other words the Christians might make a run for it, now that Saddam is gone, as their future is uncertain. An uncertain future means you might get your head cut off if you stay.

Now some might say Christians live in many Muslim countries without getting killed.
There is a war on now with fundamental Muslims against all non-believers and the rules of engagement are different. -Tom

As an Assyrian and a Christian I say, Rest In Peace Saddam. He wasn't an angle but he kept those animals in check. Now with the Destroyer gone, the inmates of hell have been set free to terrorize the saints and prophets. Thank you President Bush. :(

IF a Government is established? One already has been. See my link in #8.

The Government of "free, democratic New Iraq", feted at state dinners by George W. Bush and supported by his administration with rivers of American blood and treasure, is dominated by the very same Islamic Radical Parties who took our embassy hostage in 1979 and mass-murdered 240 US marines in 1982.

"AmericanMade1776" and other Bush-Bots believe that we should support Bush's antichrist policy of sending US Troops to die propping up an Islamic Radical government dominated by folks who commit Mass-Murder on United States Marines and Christians.

I do not.

Best, OP

Finding no WMDs there,( and we have been all over Iraq for years) we get stuck with an unstable country.

This is a lie. We found WMDs there.

Blessings and Peace, from a Presbyterian to you of "The Martyr's Church" (Pope JPII's description of the Assyrian Church).

Thank you very much. Thankfully me and the majority of my family on my mother's side is safely living in the US and Canada. It's my father's side of the family that's in trouble and trying to flee the country, hopefully to safety in Europe or Jordan.

I am truly sorry that your father is being forced to flee his country. I know that Presbyterian Disaster Relief is corresponding through MECC (Middle East Council of Churches) to provide the Christians of Iraq with whatever help they can; hopefully your father can find contacts through MECC?

Best, OP

This is a lie. We found WMDs there.

We didn't find enough evidence to convince our citizens that the threat of WMDs was where we said it was, in the quantities we said they had.

We fell back onto "they were transported to the Becca valley in Syria" position .

Really if that was the case, we should have gone into the Becca valley to find them, since Syria is an enemy of ours and they could easily have been given to Muslim terrorists by Syria to be used against us. If the threat is still there why didn't we go into Syria?

Face it we were wrong.

But I still supported the invasion because with the evidence at hand we couldn't have taken a chance with Saddam and al Qaeda killing more Americans. -Tom

IF a Government is established? One already has been. See my link in #8.

When I mean an Established Government, I mean people who have control and power over a country. People who can get things done. People who can rule.

This Govt in Iraq is like the one in Somalia that has to hide out, and have the protection of outsiders (USA) to stay in power.

In the long run the Muslims should prevail after we leave, through elections, as in Iran, or by outright assassinations of Infidel collaborators.

Then the Iraq Muslims can systematically address the Christian Infidel problem in their midst.

IN Iraq the Sunnis and Shiites are nose to nose in killing each other.

But they can both agree about what Allah wants done to Infidels tom
