Good move! Wonder what the administration might have to say about the risk factor of an LEO in a lock up? Their safety is on the president's head.

Best move the president could hope to do is pardon these two in opening remarks...but no chance of that...

"Those pesky little facts always get in the way of a good story."

Cute little phrase to use when you can only make assumptions.

LOL. Yep... Marc Rich was convicted before he was ever tried, let alone served his sentence! There were others, as well. I posted that one yesterday.

I posted some names over here, also pointing out that the president has the power to pardon individuals any time after the crime was allegedly committed:

I didn't make anything up. I offered some suggestions as to what Sutton could have used to prosecute Aldrete-Davila... a bullet, for instance.

Summary Judgment... prima facie... Perhaps you'd like to give us some more info on the real case. Why were there 3 Sealed Motions and 9 Sealed Documents filed in this case? Why all the secrecy? Why were 5 jury notes Sealed? Why were 5 Motions in Limine* filed? Was that because the jury never would have believed an illegal alien drug smuggler, the entire basis for the prosecution's case? Why not present all evidence in the case and let the jury decide?

*Motion in Limine: A request submitted to the court before trial in an attempt to exclude evidence from the proceedings. A motion in limine is usually made by a party when simply the mention of the evidence would prejudice the jury against that party, even if the judge later instructed the jury to disregard the evidence. I don't know if I can watch. Universal Healthcare, Kyoto.... ugh!

Rohrabacher has his heart in the right place, and he's on the right side of the argument (along with 70 other congresscritters), but his rhetoric has been overdone. He'd be a lot more credible if he toned it down a bit.

PING! Stop spamming threads with these ridiculous accusations against me regarding Olmert. You have just done so again tonight on another thread. I will not repeat myself again without including the Moderators in my response to you.

And the disbarment of any lawyer representing the illegal in the suit.

You'd best start working on that Constitutional Amendment right now, you're running out of time. LOL

Saerch Chena's source, Wikepedia, for George Soros.
Basically says he is a great investor.

You probably haven't read the entire thread yet but I made another comment at #178.

I said, "Wikipedia is no more or no less trustworthy than many other "sources" being used in this particular debate. LOL"

When you are mentioning another FReeper in a comment, it is courteous to ping that FReeper to your comment.

Also, when I posted what I had read on Wikepedia I said, "Today I found some additional information that I was unaware of at Wikipedia." I did not say I had found some new "facts", only that I had found "additional information". Do I not have the right to post information and articles just as others are doing?

You have GOT to be kidding me. You actually did a search to prove that sometimes the word, "fact", "comes up several times in the definition of the word, "information""? ROFL! Are you implying that you were not able to comprehend the definition of the word, "fact", that I was using in my post as it relates to the subject at hand? Surely you're kidding me, right? ;)
