You have a point. To give Representative Davis a break, though, I don't think they completed their report until a couple of weeks ago.
Berger is untouchable. We blew that one just like we blew a million other chances to show the American public what frauds the Dems are. Then you wonder why the Dems won the last election. We had power and did ZERO with it.
