I don't know if they know which areas of questioning would be significant, since they don't know which documents were removed/replaced.
If Berger doesn't submit to a polygraph, hasn't he exposed himself to additional charges?

I don't know how they structured it, but if it was a term of his probation, it would expose him to serve the remainder of a stayed sentence. If it was a stayed adjudication, then they would go back and enter a formal adjudication of guilt, but it could be to a pre-agreed charge. If there was a mere continuance of the case on conditions, it would just allow the prosecutor to continue to the prosecution where it left off. I have never seen the document upon which all this is based.
