The GOP has failed the most basic duties of Government.
Until it relearns the concept of borders, recognizes the difference between legal and illegal, and dumps the aristocratic attitude, it's going to be very, very difficult for them to muster needed support.
While it's true that the Democrats are far worse, the argument 'Vote for us because the other guys are worse!' is absolutely pathetic and insulting.
In squandering the Reagan revolution, the GOP has long, uphill row to hoe in terms of regaining conservative trust.
