I wonder if Pfizer will have to suspend their AIDS drug R&D in order to afford their defense costs in this law suit....
NEW YORK (Jan. 22) - Pfizer Inc., struggling with fierce competition from makers of generic drugs, announced Monday it will cut 10,000 jobs and close at least five facilities as part of an effort to slash its annual costs by up to $2 billion by the end of next year.
$2B sounds about right for lawyers fees...
