I have relatives in the film business. The only reason Cruise is not 'outed' is that his people will sue for defamation at the drop of a hint. They have plenty of money to bankrupt almost anyone brave and/or foolish enough to go public without ironclad proof.

I think Andrew Breitbart wrote a book on Hollywood. He was promoting it on the radio, and I think I heard him say that he was warned about implying anything concerning Cruise. So he said he did a global search and replace and added "the heterosexual " to all occurrences of "Tom Cruise".
