Yes, and I'm discouraged by this. Please keep in mind, though that NYC is ground zero (no pun intended) for immigration. Perhaps Rudy didn't want to offend the citizens.

A poster on FR said they had two legal carry permits yanked by Rudy's Admin without cause. And Rudy didn't try to alter NY gun laws to allow greater concealed carry.
Perhaps Rudy didn't want to offend the citizens.
Boy, that makes me soo enthused that Rudy is so committed to law and order that he would not allow cooperation of the enforcement of federal immigration law because a voter block would be offended.
