Now you've got a circular argument on your hands. Since it takes a moral structure to determine "right," you're using a moral term to define the term itself.
This subject is as old as the community of Man. And it is yet to be resolved to any universal satisfaction. It's why wars start and otherwise sane people kill each other. So we're not going to advance the discussion much.
Maybe we'd be better off letting it go ...
