I wasn't saying that Burglar was using "greymail" as a stragegy, since the courts found ways around the release of classified documents. I was just expounding on another poster's ideas.

However, I do believe the Sandy has some non-classified info on other people in the Clinton administration. I don't know why Bush would care if it comes out, but perhaps there's a deal somewhere. Or, perhaps Burglar could release some non-classified info that's damaging to BOTH administrations?

Berger's job in the Archives was to eliminate the margins evidence which showed the clintonista's plans to set traps for the incoming administration, in typical disregard for the American people's safety and disdain for doing the right thing.

I hadn't thought of this. Covering up one's own malfeasance would be bad enough, but setting traps....sadly, it may be just the thing that made the risk worth it for Sandy.

Call a press conference and "call out" the offender by saying, "I am tired of having my administration slandered and lied about. Either put up the evidence or shut up!!"

I really believe much of the public, and most of the Conservative Republicans, would stand up and cheer if GWB even stood up to these slandermongers.

I certainly would. Since "evidence" to the Clintonistas means that which has been accepted into a court case, there has been none. OK, I know that definitions are different for conservatives. Evidence against us means the slightest indication or accusation.

I would like to hear President Bush's explanation for now appointing Berger's buddy Hillman to such a top position - Gibson and the Judge on Fox were sure surprised by this act. It smells of corruption.

A very perplexing appointment. Could we dare expect some interesting questions from Republican Senators during the confirmation process?

"The source of the leadership has to be very close to the top, in several segments of private and public leadership, to keep passing on the agenda regardless of the political party in power."

You are presumably talking about the Freemasons, ....Illuminati...other cabals.....?

Heck, after what I learned about the Kennedy assassination BS when I was only 14 or so years old, I'd not dismiss anything.

There are also the Bilderbackers, and the Society of the Skull or something on that line.

Many, many politicians and high ranking government officials belong to those groups. Along with Rockefellers, Henry Kissinger, and so on.

I don't know how much involvement the Freemasons may have.

Try googling the phrase "shadow government".
FEMA is another source of unlimited power given in case of an emergency. Although FEMA has proven itself to be ineffective in large scale disasters in the bureaucratic end, they were very capable of shutting down people who had taken their personal security into their own hands by utilizing the national guard to search premisis's and confiscate firearms. All in the name of safety for the so called rescuers. Screw the people's rights.

I don't know about the Kennedy thing. With so many conspiracy theories out there is is hard to know what is accurate, and what is planted for other purposes of deception. If we really knew what was going on in the shadow world of government, i think it would rival KGB and Gestapo SS tactics.

For a long time I have had issue with the limit on Congressional seats being stuck on 435.  My great grandfather had a closer relationship with his representative than I have ever known with mine.

Where is that allowed in the Constitution?

How the heck did they pull that one off? It should be changed. I do not know just how many constituents each member should have, but seven or eight hundred thousand on average per member is simply not true representative government.

Consider this excerpt from  Article 1   "The number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty thousand, but each state shall have at least one Representative;"

A ratio of at least 30,000 to 1 is mandated, but 700,000 plus to one?  We are so being screwed by these lottery winners who clearly have no concern for their immortal souls.

It was only until I stumbled upon FRee Republic that I came to realize that the 17th Amendment was a horrific thing as well. I would have figured that out eventually on my own I think, but sometimes I wonder what does it matter?

FR.com helps me to chill out just a little bit.  I realize that I am not alone after all because of this place.

See you around, if I am lucky.

On FR, You may or may not be popular, depending on the subject and your opinion, but you are never alone :)

I just wish more people would look beyond the present and see the big picture. Tying each frame together takes some imagination perhaps, but a lot of these political things are happening for reasons other than what we are being led to believe.

With Sandy Berger now on board with the Clinton campaign, the question of WHY Bush treated Berger with kid gloves is still just as valid.

Sandy Berger couldn’t be attacked or it risked exposing the most traitorous behaviour by a U. S. President in History.

When Iraq/Sadaham attacked the US with terrorist attacks during the 1990’s (WTC 1, OKC 1995, TWA800 missile shootdown) the Clintons COVERED it up, it didn’t happen that way.

The lies continue and the sheeple and the press remain deaf dumb and blind to the obvious.
