Water Vapor has much more effect on the mean temperatures than CO2.
Anyone that would like proof, go to any satellite weather page on the internet.
You will notice that they have VISIBLE, INFRA-RED, and WATER VAPOR views from satellite.
Notice they do not have any CO2 views.
What is interesting is that there are persons who think we can terraform planets. But look at our success in something so simple as even starting to control the climate of earth. Even if we had appropriate technology, we could not start due to politics. The Left would say it's too hot, the Right would say it's too cold, and ownership of the thermostate would be decided in general elections every two years. It's as bad as who controls the remote.
