I'd say this portrait is an example of Hillary political reconstructive surgery.

Yes, there's little question that she has had quite a bit of cosmetic
physical treatment to her face. This is the only logical conclusion one can reach when comparing photos of her in a time progression down through the years.
Some of that cosmetic treatment may have been surgical and some may have been non-surgical.
