I don't know either. But given that he has no employees, either it was him or someone who answers the e-mail (family member? someone at the drop-ship warehouse?).

Oh yes. That was true when he said that the "employee was fired." (See the above). Most of the web sites he runs appear to be the semi-scam type anyway given that they don't have any actual product.

He didn't have to be rude and nasty....That was his mistake. He didn't have to tell that soldier anything but... No we don't ship out of the country. Nothing else was needed. A good business person knows that.

I don't know the truth, I can only infer from what I have read. Since he doesn't have any employees, he can't "fire" anyone right? He may have made that claim and lied to the reporter or the reporter may have confused what he said (i.e. "the person is no longer associated with discount-mats.com") with a claim that the person was fired, when they really weren't. But either way, no one was actually "fired" as we would commonly accept that to mean.
