Isn't it amazing that a man who many claim is the most intellecutal, brillant speaker in years cannot manage to get his point across without his "handlers" having to repeatedly come to FR to "explain" to us exactly what he meant?

Even his handlers have a hard time justifying the reparations issue. When confronted with the legitimate question, they all show up armed with their mean-spirited and vitriolic personal attacks, trying to get to the bottom of the reason why ANY Conservative would embrace an idea borne from the race-baiter himself, Je$$e Jackson.

And I keep being called a Liberal around here but sll the people I vote for in the booth have "R"s after theior name.
What's up with that?

Voting for Republicans only means that you're not a Democrat. It takes voting for conservatives to show that you're not a liberal. I'd vote for a guy like Zell Miller for president before I'd ever consider electing someone like Rudy.

They have pushed themselves so far to the right that they're irrelevant.

One year away from the Iowa Caucus, and the Deaniacs of the right are imploding.

Rudy is very strong on the Constitution as it stands. The Second amendment could never be safer with him in office.

You're on crack.

Only SPIFFY know[sic] that answer; thousands of other[sic] out here are smart enough to ignore him, but hey somebody has to do the dirty work.

Why do you continue to mention other freepers without pinging them. You are aware that it is a violation of FR rules.

I hope JR gets tired of the spammers LIBERAL RINO-LOVERS as well and does something about it soon...

After all, this IS supposed to be a site for CONSERVATIVES.

And who determines you are a conservative, YOU? A quick review of your posting history reflects that you aren't a conservative, but a fanatic fringe and obsessed individual who can't bring anything positive to the conservative movement except to proselytize, patronize, and deride the strongest candidate the GOP has at moment.

You, and like-minded types, are an embarrassment to the conservative movement, as you represent negativity and extremist thinking. I found by reading your posts and some of the other Rudy haters' posts, that you all have a personal vendetta against Rudy – a deep seeded hatred that enables you to attack the man personally and ONLY personally.

This is what Rudy said in NH yesterday:

“When I say to you that we should reduce taxes to stimulate the economy, I’ll say it to you because I did it and I saw it work,” he said. “When I say we have to bring peace and security as sort of the beginning of anything, whether it’s in Baghdad or in other parts of the world or here at home, I’ll say that to you because I saw that happen in New York, and I made it happen. I did it.” link

That is a FACT, and that's a true conservative position. Your simplistic RINO name calling marinated with insults isn't a conservative position, but the position of an angry, immature loser.

They are the fanatic fringe the media loves to make fun of, and paint the rest of us conservatives with the same broad brush.

There there now, let it all out...

We aren't merely "attacking" RINO-rudy for his personal traits and faults (although they are fair game), we have pointed out NUMEROUS political positions this RINO has spewed all his life, and you and your type CONTINUE to ignore his liberal views.

Notice, when asked about his anti-gun and pro(baby)-death positions, he also, IGNORES the question usually.

As a liberal RINO, he is stuck trying to emphasize his FEW conservative positions, while downplaying or failing to mention his liberal views.

It's single issue people like you who are largely responsible for putting the dems in control of congress recently.

Yeah??? Tell it to the hand! You know nothing about me or what issues I support. If you knew anything about Tancredo you'd know that he's a lot more than a one issue candidate. What we really have are people like you that are so hell bent on shoving your socialist rinos down our throats that you won't listen to reason. I remember a "Contract with America" that was what gave the Republicans control of the House and Senate in the first place. I also remember how every single facet of that contract has been flushed down the toilet by those candidates that I HELPED ELECT. I'm tired of it.
I'm tired of being lied to.

If you don't get your guy you go crying and pouting like a three year old does when he doesn't get his way. Kinda immature in my opinion.

Well you know what they say about opinions don't you?! Rudy is a putz and I will not vote for him. I will write in Popeye's name if needs be but no demoncrap or RINO will ever get another one of my votes. If you are a person of such low character that you can't make a stand and do what's right for America stop calling yourself an American. It's wishy washy "moderates" like you that have us sliding down the pit of Globalism and many of us are through with your kind.

I'm not any more excited about Rudy than you are, but if he is the republican nominee, and Hillary is the dem's nominee, I will chose Rudy hands down. The way I see it, it's better to get 60% of what I want than to get nothing at all.

Yeah... It's thinking like that that has us in a society of tolerance instead of absolutes. Spineless cowards that can't make a stand for what's right. Why? Because people that have your mindset can't differentiate between what's right and what's wrong.

Now... I've fired back. You've called me a three year old child and immature. I've retorted by calling you a spineless coward and a moderate. Will you be what you call me (an immature three year old child) and hit the abuse button or... will you stand with me and start supporting a candidate that is good for America and not one that the RNC or DNC tells us we should support?

This is hardly a "push poll."

It is actually good reporting of a simple fact with which Giuliani-boosters had better come to grips, and soon.

No need for me to hit the "abuse button" when all were doing is having a conversation.

Funny thing is, you and I are on the same page regarding who we don't want to see nominated for president, where we part company is--you will only vote for someone who measures up to your perfect ideals, I will vote for someone who may not live up to my perfect ideals. Understand, I am not going to sit passively by and vote for whoever the nominee is, I'm going to work hard to get a conservative (like Tancredo) nominated.

So, if my views make me a person of "low character" or a "wishy washy moderate" in your mind, so be it. I wish we lived in a world where we could get 100% of what we wanted, but that isn't reality my friend.

BTW, I really don't think Rudy has a snowball chance in hell of being nominated, so this is much ado about nothing. In my opinion, the person we should be most worried about being nominated is "Slick Mitt". He's fooling a lot of conservatives making them believe he is one of them--believe me--he isn't!

Amen!

you will only vote for someone who measures up to your perfect ideals, I will vote for someone who may not live up to my perfect ideals.

I never said I wouldn't vote for someone who many not live up to my perfect ideals. Heck. Over the last 30 years I've voted for many but what I won't do is begin a campaign season making compromises in my heart about what I will do "IF" my ideal candidate is not nominated. Far too many times we've had to settle for sleazy moderate/liberal globalists instead of getting a candidate that's conservative. I'm tired of the RNC telling us who they think we should vote for. I'm all for breaking from the RNC especially after seeing how they throw conservative candidates under the bus. They give us jerks like McCain and Giuliani who in my view are only better than Hillary because they do not have the Sir name "Clinton." You also mention Mitt. Way I see it all of the above are not representative of the vast majority in this country. So many conservatives stay home on election day because for too long we've been suckered into voting for what we were lead to believe are "real conservatives" only to have a GHB or GWB elected into office. How many times have we been sold the bill of goods that who we elect will nominate conservative judges to the bench? Can you name one conservative judge nominated by either Bush? And please, don't anyone try to convince me that the globalists (Those judges that seek council from the world court) are "conservatives." I haven't seen a ruling in decades by that oligarchy of pinheads that supports or reinforces the US Constitution.

I sat there the other night in horror watching that moron Bill O'Rielly tell Tom Tancredo that he doesn't "stand a chance of winning." Sorry but as Michael Savage calls him, that "leprechaun" doesn't know his arse from a hole in the ground. Tancredo does stand a chance as does Hunter and a few other real conservative nominees IF people like you and I won't "settle" for just "anybody" that can beat Hillary or Osama. I'm tired of voting for the lesser of two evils.
