Operative word being, "could."
She would only be proscecuted if the letter (R) followed her name. Ex: Nancy Pelosi (R)California, then she would be prosecuted....however, a (D) follows her name, so she gets a pass....

I agree with your sentiment, but what really needs to happen now is for her violation of the law to be referred to the House Ethics Committee, and the Department of Justice.

Well, like Mrs. Clinton, she's a mother and more extraordinary, a Career Political Mother. The career political mother is the new sensation, superior and more knowledgeable than anyone else ever to have walked upon the face of the earth.
Therefore, career political mothers are immune and not quilty of any corruption or wrongdoing because they're just normal moms who clean house, clean closets, and do normal things with family and friends.
