"Both the West Bank and Gaza should be closed off entirely from Israel.

Better yet the IDF should shove the 'borders' back by a kilometer using tanks, bulldozers, and bayonets for every single Israeli killed or wounded in one of these attacks."

And why shouldn't the suicide bombers continue their attacks? After all, what are the repercussions every time it happens? Basically, nothing. When a child curses their parents and they are not punished immediately, the child continues and eventually starts lashing out in worse ways. Can you imagine what would happen if every time there was a suicide bombing Israelie bombs dropped en masse from the sky unto the urban centers supporting the terrorists? Eventually, the secular leaders of the Muzzies would tell the terrorists to leave. The cost of terrorism would outwiegh the benefits of having the warring factions in one's town. The Muzzies are just taking advantage of neutered enemies, and more people die in the long run this way. Pragmatism cannot defeat such an emboldened enemy. Where are the extremists we so desperately need?

A suicide attack on a bakery, a pizza joint, a dance club, etc. cannot have any impact on Israel's ability to fight back. Nor, it is clear, will it cause Israelis to cower in their homes, let alone emigrate.

Unless the people planning and provoking these attacks are profoundly stupid (an assumption that cannot be made), it must be assumed that their intent is to provoke general anger and distrust among the Israeli population.

The fact that the more zealous portions of said population are rarely the specific targets of such attacks also supports this proposition.

Clearly, Israeli reactions against Palestinians-in-general also increase anger and distrust among same.

Both serve the purpose of undermining the peace process.

Which is exactly what these animals want.

Shimon Peres had it right: "Fight terror as if there were no peace, seek peace as if their were no terror".
