No the government does not create jobs! But, this Government under socialist Granholm does everything to STAND in the way of free business, thus, effectively eliminating jobs, when the businesses can no longer remain viable, i.e., a business that is making money. When Government stands on the neck of of small business, that business will suffer, first the business, then the jobs. While Government cannot create jobs, it certainly can create an environment hostile to businesses.
