I'd like to see the Mexican air force take out the trash in Caracas myself.
That would require quite an expenditure on Mexico's part because, the last that I heard, 10 F-5E/F fighters. That is their combat aircraft capability. They do have some armed helicopters: 10 Alouette IIIs. Mexico would need more than this to "take out the trash" by air.
