Yes, but ignoring one entire side of a war has seldom been considered clever.

Especially if your side is the one which lost the war.

Yet Serbian politicians recently put forth a constitution which contained a clause concerning Kosovo which they knew was beyond their power to enforce and would soon be rendered absurd by events on the ground. And since they haven't communicated to their electorate what we've been telling them for the last 6 years, they've now got a constitution which will keep them out of NATO and the EU until they amend it.

Par for the course for the Serbs, unfortunately.

Keeping Serbia out of the EU or out of NATO is no big deal, as no shooting war would erupt over such a matter.

The same can't be said for taking one of their cities, though you seem flippant about it for some reason...even anxious or gleeful for the vent to occur.

An odd behavior. Are you willing to explain your background (e.g. are you French or Muslim or anti-NATO) in regard to why you would rush so joyfully into yet another European war?
