Sen Inhofe is noted for his Hillary stories when he speaks! Some of them will have you rolling on laughing. You can tell she is not his favorite.
My Senator doesn't waiver and doesn't care if he would be the only Senator standing tall! Spine of steel!
Still flies his own plane to and from D.C. and wherever he travels in OK.
I saw Dr. Tom on the Senate floor today...and he was tearing the Dems' minimum wage law to shreds...he showed no mercy.
He also said he is going to be submitting a Health Care System that would take care of all Americans, but NOT be socialized medicine...but he is sure it will work.
Now, from watching Dr. Tom work, he is a penny-pincher...so, it can't be something that adds a lot of taxes to us...so, I am really interested in what he will come up with about that.
This could take the sails right out from under the Dem candidates for POTUS, that have all pretty much been talking about universal health care (socialized medicine).

He is absolutely correct that it would be disasterous should we cut and run. Even the VP of Iraq warned of this on December 14th in Washington. There are eight Arab nations in favor of the surge, the Saudis among them. In fact, Prince Turki Al-Faisal said that it was a good thing that we are in Iraq. He did so in a question/answer period after a speech in Los Angeles.
Only a idiot (and there are alot of them) could disagree with the surge. It is similar to turning down an increase in the number of police in an area where gang violence had increased. Duh.

Inhofe was warning of the Chinese IRBM buildup across the Strait from Taiwan when the rest of the Senate was dodging constitutional responsibility for impeachment.
It's the treason, stupid--Jim Inhofe cuts to the bone of national security through the appeasement baloney every time.
Having him as a U.S. senator is the gold standard, national treasure.

I would support Sen Inhofe in a second if he ran for President and would give Ms. Clinton a heart attack. He is not high on her list!
Exactly! I think Sen Inhofe's comments puts some other Republican Senators to shame for their lack of spines -- Hagel and Warner come to mind.

Well...alright! I have written to both Sam Brownback and Pat Roberts (Kansas Senators), and have not received a letter in response as yet. I will post when I do. I'm certainly not happy with Brownback and he now knows it. I'm reasonably sure that Pat Roberts will back the plan for victory. I will not accept defeat! I will fight as hard as I can.
I like to see who we are talking about.

That's one time I cannot wait to vote and mark my ballot for Senator Inhofe. I cannot even remember disagreeing with him on a vote -- know there must be sometime but he comes as close to being my perfect candidate and elected official as anyone ever has.
