Does this mean that Senator Boxer, henceforth, will be returning to California during congressional recesses via wagon train?

this is going to be a total nightmare for the US, its economy, and our freedoms. this is the biggest expansion of government control in history. it will define how we live, how we are taxed, what we drive, how we use transportation, how we use electricity, etc. all under government control and taxation - with Goldman Sachs collecting commissions on every "carbon credit" bought and sold.

As I recall there were also some claims that the white house "silenced" the park service. Those turned out to be an utter fabrication. (lie)

All my publications have been reviewed and edited. Do I feel it is done for political purposes? No. It is done because somebody on the food chain is either ignorant or needs to CYA something or just wants to say 'hi.'. I have yet to see a coherent conspiracy anywhere.

Hey!

Fake but accurate! We know this is right and we'd love to provide some actual proof and one day in the future we will.

I wonder if the "concerned scientists" are upset at the blatant political threat from the 2 senators directed at the oil company to stop funding groups who did not believe in global warming or the characterization of those who don't subscribe to the theory as "global warming deniers" and a threat to silence anyone who questions them?

I didn't think so.

I have come to the conclusion that people feel guilty about their success and wealth in life. But instead of actually doing something about it and giving back to the community, they just think the govmt will do it for them.

It makes them feel better without actually having to do anything about it.

Maybe they think "I need my SUV, but the other guy down the street does not". I need by big screen TV. My house is not that big. I don't make that much. The Govmt will make it all better.

That is the only way I can explain what is happening here.

Two private advocacy groups told a congressional hearing Tuesday that climate scientists at seven government agencies say they have been subjected to political pressure aimed at downplaying the threat of global warming.

Yeah, right. What about the never-ending pressure from the MSM, the left, the environmentalists, etc. touting "the sky is falling" scenarios and attacking those who do not follow the party line (e.g. Heidi Cullen of the Weather Channel who advocates that those who do not totally buy into man caused GW should have their AMS certification revoked so they can not do TV broadcasts). And on the other side two new reports highlighted on Drudge show just the opposite. Sounds like what the administration is trying to do is wholly proper: Introduce some uncertainity into the "science" of global warming.

Hilarious.

CBS will never stop spewing the party line for the Dems, no matter how low their ratings go.

Anonymous complaints, anonymous or unnamed survey sources, presentation by an advocacy group. Yeah right, I'm gong to take this to the bank...

I'd like to know why there are 279 climate scientists on the government payroll.
