I checked out the web site. Being a member of my church's choir, I checked out the Music ministry tab. Here's what I found for the Men's Chorus:

The Lord has blessed us with another exciting year for the Men's Chorus, and can you believe we are celebrating our 23rd year as strong African American men who are "Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian." It has been an awesome journey as we strive together as One Voice, One Choir.

I wonder - if I decided to join this church, would I be allowed to join the choir? Would they change any of the wording on their web page?

Have you checked out the web site recently? As of 10 PM on Jan 4,2008 - it is gone, we can’t even read about the church any more. Sounds like someone is ashamed to me.
