(http://moveonpleasemoveon.blogspot.com/) Actually (according to MoveOn.org and its Action Forum), the Jooooooooooz and their Zionist Occupied Government beamed their Evil Mind Control Rays into the head of everyone who was not wearing a tinfoil hat and made everyone believe that Biden said the following.

Well, it's nice to know that Biden thinks the entire Congressional Black Caucus consists of inarticulate, stupid, dirty, and ugly Negroes ("Negroes" is not the word his colleague Robert Byrd, D-KKK, aka Senator Sheets, would use). I have often contended that the Democratic Left takes the African-American vote for granted, and it is no surprise to hear this kind of thing from a prominent member of the MoveOn.org wing of the party.
He's freakin serious.
This guy actually thinks he can be President.

Biden may have meant "clean cut", which used to mean trim, neat, well-dressed, the "all American" look. He should have known that anything that could be made to sound racist would be.
