Exactly. in this case "hoax" = "practice". Maybe congress can convince them to paint them blue so the cops don't put up those stupid tapes and redirect our trips to the nearest Starbucks.

Dry run. Been waiting all day to get to a computer to see how long it took for someone to post, for the 5,011 time "dry run". I never get an answer as to how a dry run telling us what they are about to do would help.
