Exactly. in this case "hoax" = "practice". Maybe congress can convince them to paint them blue so the cops don't put up those stupid tapes and redirect our trips to the nearest Starbucks. Not only practicing, but testing the system to observe how long it took to be reported, and what happened when it was. Terrorists can learn a lot from this, and with all the news coverage detailing the responses, this is an effective "dry run" for both the US authorities and the terrorists.

Both planes that hit the WTC took off from Boston Logan. IMO, this is not a punk kid's prank, but part of the war we are in.
