Yup, and they'll get sued for "causing" the death of the driver. After all, smuggling illegals into our country doesn't carry the death penalty, and these over zealous, racist border agents arbitrarily handed the death penalty out to the poor driver by chasing him. They should have terminated the pursuit because the illegals were engaged in an alleged non violent crime. Hardly worth killing anyone over, dont'cha know?
The govt will probably send a letter of condolence to the surviving family members, and offer them citizenship as recompense for their tragic loss. The illegals on the truck will be sent to grief counseling, then moved to the head of the citizenship line to help them overcome the trauma of being pursued by jack booted thugs.
The border patrol will have governors installed in all of their patrol vehicles limiting them to a top speed of 35mph to make sure that they do not engage in this sort of unthinking, reckless, racist behavior.
And Congress will mandate that all trucks capable of carrying 'undocumented immigrants' be outfitted by with airbags in the cargo compartment. The "government" will pay for it, of course.
