I have a book on that. A little further to the right of them lies two children who they killed before they offed themselves. They look to be around 6 and 8 years old.

They might not have been “ordinary” citizens. Often the reason for suicides is they can’t face embarrassment or prosecution. They may well be guilty of something bad that was about to come to light.
