There are around 11 million people in Serbia. Two million live in Kosovo. Some 70% are Albanians, many of them illegal aliens (illegal immigrants from Albania). By any standard, Albanians are minority, not majority. The fact that they live concentrated on less than 4000sq. miles does not change the facts. In some zip codes in U.S. percentage of non-Hispanics is comparable to percentage of Serbs in Kosovo, yet no one call them "American minority"
This fraudulent name calling is clasic propaganda tool, pulled by Communists long time ago. Lenin Communists called themselves Bolseviks (majority) and oponents Mensheviks (minority) although Lenin's faction was in fact a minority.
Condy and State Department claim that 1.5 million Albanians have right to secede because they are "majority" on 15% of Serbian territory. Albanian minority is called "people of Kosovo" to further justify this fallacy.
By any democratic standard 10 million inhabitants of Serbia have the democratic right to reject request of Albanian minority to secede.
It seems that Condy has forgotten what democracy is.
