No kidding. I saw polar bears swimming at the zoo before I could walk. I'm not convinced that they can climb ice like that, unless

a) they just walked over from whatever it is that isn't pictured on the right, or

b) they're photoshopped.

I think the latter is the case. Look how they're both looking up at something, even from a high vantage point on the ice. If they were on top of something, it would be most likely that they'd be looking down.

If you are depending on using as a justification for fraud the idea that the bears could not get up there or wouldn't be up there together...it won't fly.

Polar bears can climb up stuff like that as if it were carpeted.

Please. They're looking at the ship or helicopter that the photographer is on.

If they can see the photographer(i.e. he's not hidden behind a window or something), they're probably sizing him up as to what kind of meal he would make.

I've seen pictures of a polar bear trying to chew on the sail of a U.S. nuclear submarine.
