Reading too fast is dangerous. I glanced through your post which said, Edwards did not carry his own county, and I read:

I cannot bear to watch any Rat on with Timmah because he behaves like they pay him to do the interview. It is way past fawning, and it just seems like Timmah is getting sloppier and less effective. He sold his soul (if he ever had one) to shill for the Rats, and threw out the ethics and rules for decent Journalists just to choreograph the Rat Takeover and the Cut and run attitude. What is your personal cost Timmah? Why do you not ask ANY hard questions? Why are bloggers and small time New Media players kicking your @ss all over the Media with real reporting, real probing questions and real answers? Does Timmah hear hoofbeats behind him? If I was his boss, he would have not gotten anything but d's in his annual evaluation, and I would be out there looking for a replacement.

I heard someone on Fox News yesterday that said that it has taken so long for the Senate to even get to this point of debating these non-binding resolutions, after the speech in which Pres. Bush laid out his new plans...

that most Americans have lost interest, and these debates aren't going to have much impact.

Well I have to say, he was doing some fine acting. Not too many people strongly in the President's court these days so it was refreshing to hear. If he wasn't sincere, that's disappointing.

A wife young enough to be his daughter I wonder what the son thinks of that, I suspect the VP was not that impressed either when he saw the baby.

After all despite the MSM attacks on the Cheney family they have got the family tree in the right order.

Fat Dim will be on the stand in the Libby trial Monday or Tuesday....I would love it if TeamLibby plays some clips of how biased the potatoe head is in interviewing democrats versus republicans. I don't expect that to happen, but it sure would be nice to show how Fat Dim does NOT live up to his reputation as being a fair journo. I'm still most eager to learn WHY there are FOUR NBCers inolved in this trial: Fat Dim, the Spitter, Mitchel, and now the cry-baby Gregory. It was revealed this week that Gregory was a leak recipient. Four NBCers...if the cry-baby knew and Mrs. Greenspan knew, what are the odds that Fat Dim didn't know????

Those are my thoughts also, and I cannot watch any interview Webb does. He looks crazy as Hell, and he is all over the map with his responses. I cannot put my finger on it, but he seems to need meds and either is not taking them or could use the dosage to be kicked up a few notches because they are not working. He makes my blood run cold, and since I have to have my Heat on again, I turn everything he is on OFF.

I saw Molly Ivins and Al Franken on C-pan at some Book convention in LA...

This was several years ago...but both Molly and Al came of as very mean and nasty...even when they were trying to be funny.
