That's because current medical thinking on the subject is all wrong. We are killing people with all the fake food, sugar and fat substitutes, "heart healthy" oils and margarine (NOT) and the like. Not to mention all the pills. Eat natural foods in moderation, olive oil, virgin, unprocessed coconut oil, avocadoes, nuts, even butter. Stay active and don't get fat. And DO NOT poison your body with Nutrasweet and the like. Several of the sugar substitutes convert to formaldehyde in the body. Diabetics in the west are suffering more because of conventional, nutritional "advice".
There's a reason people live to be 100 without seeing a doctor for years, especially in third world countries.

agree 100 percent!! I'm sure you already know this stuff-but people should do a google search on the health benefits of coconut oil. Amazing!
