Talk to any bar owner, they will agree:
"Smoking Bans in Restaurants Bans Business."
Question: If smoking cigarettes cause lung cancer, why is it that even though smoking is down over 50 percent, the incidents of lung cancer according to the CDC (Center for Disease Control), adjusted for population, is up? Huh? Huh?
And why does Japan have the lowest rate of heart diseases even though Japan has the highest per capita cigarette consumption in the world?
Anyone?

The bar owners should declare themselves a casino. Casinos are allowed to have smokers.

State Rep. Ellen Roberts, R-Durango, has introduced a bill (House Bill 1108) to close that loophole by specifying revenues must come from the sale of cigars or cigar tobacco for a tavern to qualify as a cigar bar.I see that the RINO stampede against property rights continues.
