they do always have the worst and raunchiest music show at halftime. Why not have someone really good like a country music star?
I haven't watched a halftime show in many years. But then I don't usually watch the Super Bowl unless a team I'm interested in is playing (as in this year with the Bears...although I'm a Packer fan). The entertainment 'value' has been 'zero' in my book for a long time.
It only took my two successive commercials to make me 'clicker vote' and find Monk. That solved the problem very quickly.
Prince was neither raunchy nor is he an awful performer. I think he was great, and it was wonderful that his dancers were modestly dressed.
Which is it you want? Someone really good, or country music? Country is to music what asphalt is to golfing.
