PBA will be legalized no matter which party is in control of the WH. Just take a look at our judicial system. It's overrun with eggheaded liberals.

Cigarette smoking is LEGAL...but society is making it so it is SO unwelcome, that it is becoming less and less popular.
I think that with some EDUCATION...if women were told what partial birth abortions ARE...and how there is never a reason that one is physically necessary for a mother's health.
Society might take care of that problem...I hope.
But, like was said...even if Rudy or McCain or anyone is staunchly against PB abortion...LIKE Pres. Bush is...that doesn't mean anything will get done..
