Where is your source on this? I don't believe it.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention HPV fact sheet

80% of American women contract HPV at least once by their 50th birthday. This isn't something that only "bad" women get -- this is endemic.

Eleven year olds are not contracting HPV.

In fact, this vaccine even when it does work will only at best protect women from four of the twelve strains of HPV floating around.
