Drivers along U.S. 19 near Rivesville, W.Va. get a colorful ice display thanks to Rich DeMary, 43, who mixed food coloring into gallon jugs of water, then poured them over icicles hanging off the rocks, Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007.
