& Do your pipelines from the oil producers go all the way where they are intended to-that is South Korea,Japan,India or China????
Most ports in the region esp those belonging to the GCC nations are well within reach of Iranian missiles & most of them like those in the UAE & Qatar deliver their oil/LNG to tankers bound for East Asia.
I've heard this bravado before. Do not under estimate the havoc that can be delivered in this era of missiles.
A ship in the gulf is the last place I'd want to be right now.
For all their faults, the Iranians are not mentalists.
They WILL NOT conduct a first strike on a US ship,k let alone a carrier.
However, if they are attacked first, then they would - quite rightly IMO - retaliate.
The question is if Israel attacks ... and they retaliate by hitting US targets.
Have an idea about the region & the state of their (oil-based) economies.
How many such pipelines exist & through where exactly do they go through????? & I want references esp for the East Asian Markets.
Don't have any....don't give any.Coz they don't exist.
Common sense isn't your forte,is it??
BTW, it's 'cause, not coz. Hope that helps somewhat with your learning.

I'm quite sure they can "hit" big warships with the following caveats:
1) not maneuvering/engines inoperative
2) radar inoperative
3) Seawhiz NMC
