Rudy is the frontrunner because people know who he is and like him.

Once his views and postions are known that will change.

Pro abortion
Anti gun
Pro amnesty

Heck that sounds just like Hillary. I don't see any difference.

People know what his views are and you are deluding yourself if you don't think so. In fact you would have to have no TV, no radio, no newspaper, no internet not to know what his views are.

You obviously didn't pay attention to this interview the other night where he debunked what you are saying. It was all over the news in flyover country and yes we are intelligent enough to read up on candidates here in flyover country and don't have to be fed spin like some on here are trying to do.

On Fox Roundtable last nite....

BARNES: The truth is, I think he has an excellent chance of winning the nomination. I wouldn't make him the frontrunner right now, I think the McCain still is. But people like him. There's a reason why his polls have stood up so well, it's not because voters are stupid and don't know about his social liberalism, which is there. But he's not running on it. He's running on these other things and he's not trying to stick his views on abortion and gay civil unions and so on down the throats of conservative voters who don't want that.

He's running on low taxes and what he did in New York. I think there are two striking things about Rudy -- Rudy Giuliani that no other candidate can match -- one, it's the whole 9/11 thing, where he was in a crisis and we saw how he performed. He performed extremely well. And secondly, it's New York City when he was mayor. You know, you can go to New York City and feel and see the difference that he made in that city as mayor. And I don't think you can say that about any mayor in any other city in the country.

HUME: And maybe not about many governors.

If there is another illegals march in the country and the voters learn about Mr. Law and Order fighting in court to keep NYC a sancuary city. I think there will be a flushing sound heard from coast to coast. Throw in the notorious frivilous lawsuit he filed against the firearms manufacturers for good measure also. Much can happen in the next year.

If you really don't see any difference between Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani, you need to open your eyes.

Uh...Hillary is a Democrat and Rudy is a Republican. Even if everything else was equal, just the fact he's Republican gives Republicans more influence with him, which in turn should translate into vetoing at least a few bills Hillary would NOT veto.
