The most well thought out and just plain old "good" posts that I've read in quite a while. It's no wonder why the kids turned out well. Congrats.
Diana, a wonderful, wonderful post. You have planted goodness in your "three decent young men" and they will go on planting goodness too.
Thank you.
It's still the same old story
A fight for love and glory
A case of do or die
The world will always have its lovers
As time goes by.
But not so long ago I heard an 8th grade girl make this remark about sexual intercourse: that it seemed strange to her that you could "get a baby from doing something so trivial."
Something so trivial.
That's what bothers me. This lack not only of love, but even of honest desire. The problem is not that it's so hot, but that it's so cold. What comes to mind is not "mortal sin," but inanity.
Something so trivial.
You're welcome. It was my pleasure!
Hmmmm. I think it is strange that life comes from such a simple act. Not sure if that's what she meant or not. Either way, I understand what you are saying.
