A just fight is worth it all. I believe in this fight with all my heart and mind. If I didn't, I wouldn't brag about my son's service, I would just be another Cindy Sheman.
I'm proud of my nephew's service and grateful for it - I'm proud of and grateful for all the American men and women serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, and in the military generally.
But their devotion to duty is no guarantee that it will be put to use wisely by our leaders - even a just fight can be fought in the wrong place, or at the wrong time.
