I have seen commercials for a show on CNN with a guy from the other trial the Hamadian (sp) trial, ..I think his last name is Thomas (?)...

And it has him talking about being guilty.

Is that ad still playing??? Cpl Trent Thomas (a Hamdania Marine) was set to take a plea deal. And the prosecution encouraged the guy to appear on CNN so he could pin the bulk of the blame on SSgt Hutchins.

BUT, the morning of his Article 32, Cpl Thomas shocked everyone (especially the prosecution JAGs) by changing his plea. He is now fighting the charges. It's an enormous risk because, if convicted, he faces life in prison.

In another weekend shocker, contrary to rumor, LCpl Pennington (of the Hamdania Marines) is rejecting a plea deal and will fight. He is charging gross misconduct on the part of the NCIS.

Yes I just saw that! He is the one that withdrew his guilty plea.. Wonder how that interview is going to turn out now.
