Police have identified the three men who were fatally shot during a company board meeting last night inside a commercial building at the Navy Yard.

Have they identified the gunman, in Philly or in Salt Lake?
Clearly they were not running the meeting according to Roberts' Rules of Order.

I thought the Navy had left Philadelphia. I believe the yard has been shut for a number of years. Maybe the "Navy Yard" is just another neighborhood in the city rather than a Federal enclave.
